| 1.- How can I reserve the shore excursions? The shore excursions are optional and may be reserved and paid on the slip. |
| 2.- How can I book? You can book online where you can find all information about the cuises. You can select the different category and obtain prices. You can make your request by email or phone and we will confirm the price and availability as soon as posible. In case that you would be interested in reserving a cruise we will provide you with further information about the terms of payment (by bank transfer or credit card). |
| 3.- Prices The price depends on the cabin type you select. There are cabins without Windows, outsite cabins with window, cabins with balconies, suites… Apart from the cabin type prices also vary between the decís where your cabin is located. Cabins in the lower deck are the cheapest category |
| 4.- Passport requirements A valid identity card. You will be required a valid passport for cruises outside the European Community. |
| 5.- Cancellations In case of cancellations: the following charges will be assessed: 30 days prior to sailing: minimum charge of €50,-- from 30 days to 15 days prior to sailing: 35% of the total amount from 15 days to 7 days prior to sailing: 70% of the total amount from 7 days prior to mailing: 100% of the total amount The charges mentioned above may vary between the cruise lines. |
| 6.- Does the price inclue full board? All meals are included on all cruise lines, except from the beverages that are not included in the total price. |
| 7.- If am not interested in the shore excursions, may I leave the slip? Yes, you can leave the ship whenever you want without any charge. |
